Hi there! My name is Playa, and I'm a sweet, adventuresome, affectionate Turkish Van/ DSH mix gal who was born in April 2015. My soft-as-a-bunny's coat is mostly white with black ears and tail, and I have a few black polka dots on my back. The Turks would say that those dots are the thumbprints of God! I'm a loving girl who's quite a cuddler with my humans (of all ages) and other cats. I'm also very curious and love to explore! When it's playtime, I'm fascinated by feather wand toys and balls with bells inside. I guess you're wondering why a fantastic feline like me is in need of a new home. I was adopted from Buster's Friends in 2015, but ... (Read More)my humans recently moved into a new apartment, and the landlord said they had to get rid of three of their five cats because the limit is two. So they picked the three of us, Dexter, Snowflake, and myself, who were most recently adopted and the most adoptable. I'm living proof that even those of rare breeding, unique coloration, and profound beauty can end up homeless! Fortunately Buster's Friends agreed to take me back into foster care and help me find a wonderful new home. Now I'm ready to find my this-time-forever home, which ideally will have other friendly cats and kids. I'll make a great family pet since there are so many family situations in which I would fit like a glove. So waste no time arranging to meet me so we can start writing a new chapter of our lives together! Playa is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. Her adoption fee is $100, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Playa, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet her. To adopt one of our cats, you must fill out our adoption application and be approved by one of our adoption counselors.     Hello, I'm Arya, and I'm an exotic beauty with green eyes who was born in April 2017. I'm a Turkish Van/ DSH mix gal who is mostly white with a gray tabby cap on my head, a gray polka dot on my right elbow, and a slightly fluffy gray tail with a white tip on the end! The Turks say that my polka dot is the thumbprint of God. I was rescued from a bleak street life and have adjusted very well to a pampered life indoors. It took a little while to warm up to my foster mom, but I'm okay now being cuddled once in awhile. My favorite activities are romping with my furry housemates, eating, napping, and watching the nature channel. (I'm sure glad ... (Read More)Mr. Fox is on the TV.) I am not keen on the foster dog and prefer that dogs keep their own company. As much as I like it here in my foster home, I think it's time for me to find my lifetime home of my very own. I hope that you'll arrange to meet me so we can start new chapters in our lives together! Arya is updated on shots, spayed, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for her indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. Her adoption fee is $100, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends. Please click the contact button if you are interested in Arya, and we can let you know exactly where you can meet her.     Hi there! My name is Topper, and I am adorable black and white Turkish Van/ DSH mix fella who was born in late May 2017. I'm considered a Turkish Van mix because I have black ears, tail, and spots on my back. In fact, the Turks would consider these spots to be the blessed thumbprints of God. Don't you just love my little black toupee on the top of my head? And my reverse widow's peak hairline? My brothers Cole, Bandit, and I were born to a feral mama, but our future foster meowmy managed to snap us up when we were 6 weeks old and hand tamed us. Bandit and I are called the terror twins because we get into mischief together. I am a bit timid ... (Read More)and get frightened more easily than my brothers; however I am highly food motivated and respond positively to love, attention, and, of course, food! I am available individually or with one of my brothers. (Two is always more fun than one, and we can keep each other company when you are at work or on vacation.) I'm well socialized to the adults, kids, big dogs, and other cats in my foster home, so I would fit into many family situations. Please come meet me today! Maybe God's blessings will spill over on you when you take me to live with you in my new lifetime home! Topper is updated on shots, neutered, dewormed, microchipped, FIV/ FeLV negative, and ready for his indoor-only home. No de-clawing permitted. His adoption fee is $125 for kittens 9 months old and younger, cash or check payable to Buster's Friends.     A big Texas howdy to you! My name is Bandit because, like Zorro, I wear a black face mask on my otherwise mostly white body. Born in late May 2017, I'm considered a Turkish Van mix because I have said black face mask, ears, tail, and spots on my back. In fact, the Turks would consider the spots on my back to be the blessed thumbprints of God. Not only am I handsomely marked, but I am also bold and calm with the adults, kids, big dogs, and other cats in my foster home. I respond positively to love, attention, and, of course, food!
